Sifu JC teaches the Yang 48, Yang Saber, Yang Fan and Doubles Edge Sword (Jian). Sifu JC also teaches the Yang 24 form.
Sifu JC teaches the Chen 56 Cannon Fist, Chen Saber and over 50 Chan Sau Jins, Sifu also teaches the Hun Yuan Chen Style Qigong.
Sifu JC teaches multiple sword forms is a North American champion and has won numerous competitions.
